Julie Maloney – Office Manager (Commenced 2003)

Qualifications: Certificate IV of Financial Services (Bookkeeping), MYOB Certified Consultant, XERO Partner, Member of the Institute of Certified Bookkeepers, registered BAS agent.

Julie has 40 + years of varied business experience includes government, travel, hospitality, insurance, retail and banking. With a wealth of practical experience from having set-up and run several small businesses Julie understands the pressures faced by small business owners.

She specialises in the management and customer service of the Bookkeeping Factory as well as troubleshooting and support in both XERO & MYOB software.

Jody Burton – Senior Bookkeeper (Commenced 2003)

Qualifications: Certificate IV of Financial Services (Accounting), MYOB Certified Consultant, XERO Partner, Quick-books Online Certified Pro Advisor, Member of the Institute of Certified Bookkeepers (ICB), registered BAS agent.

Jody has 30+ years bookkeeping experience working across a wide cross section of industries. She specialising in troubleshooting, 3rd party applications integrated with cloud accounting software packages, installation and set-up of software, BAS preparation and lodgements and high level bookkeeping assistance, advice and training.

Jody is also highly experienced in multi-currency, job coding, payroll and inventory across XERO, MYOB Account Right Live (Cloud) and MYOB Essentials products.

Ariana Troiani – Office Manager/Senior Bookkeeper (Commenced 2011)

Qualifications: Advanced Diploma in Accounting, joined the Bookkeeping Factory in April 2010 having previously worked in an accounting firm.

Ariana is an invaluable member of our team, with a constantly happy personality and having an insatiable appetite to learn. She has moved us in to the world of Cloud Accounting and is highly proficient in in both XERO and MYOB.

Plus, Ariana specialises in migrating client files to XERO and enjoys troubleshooting and finding the best solutions for clients who have problematic work.
